The 2019 Measure U Annual Report Is Available
The Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) oversees an annual audit of all Measure U expenditures. Carpinteria Unified School District received stellar ratings on all independent financial and compliance audits pertaining to the spending of Measure U bond funds for the year ending June 30, 2019.
The independent auditors have validated that all bond funds have been expended on appropriate Measure U projects. The CBOC is pleased to report full compliance with all Measure U Proposition 39 requirements.
